Core Values of Our Faith

There are copies of the document Core Values of Our Faith on the table in Fultz Hall, or here.

This document comes from much prayer, discussion, and preparation on the part of the Deacons and Pastor. This is intended to be a basis for teaching and passing our values to future generations.

The document is not being presented as a constitutional amendment, but as an official statement of our common values. This has been unanimously accepted by the Deacons and the Church Council and will be presented to the congregation for affirmation. Please feel free to read the document and provide comments or seek clarifications as needed.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the Good News of God's love. This program of Samaritan's Purse provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands-on missions project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas-Jesus Christ, God's greatest gift.

The shoeboxes need to be approximately 6-7 quart size which is a standard siz box. The Deaconess Board is in need of Christmas wrapping paper for this project and would appreciate your help. If you have some on hand, please bring them to the church.
